
1. Open up your image.
2. Duplicate the base and set it to Screen 100%
3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Coloring.
Red: -100, -43, 12, 100
Yellow: -100, 0, -75, 75
Cyans: 24, -26, 17, 25
Whites: 100, 0, 0, -50
Neutrals: 46, -24, -17, 0
4. Duplicate the layer. Now, double-click the SC icon (the square with the circle in it. It's to the left of the layer.) Go to Neutrals.
Neutrals: -46, -24, -17, 10
5. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Layer. Fill with 0c0046 & Set it to Lighten.
6. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Layer. Fill with 410303 & Set it to Exclusion at 50%.
7. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Layer. Fill with 340202 & Set it to Soft light.
8. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Levels.
Input: 20, 1.00, 355.
Output: 0, 255
And viola, you're done!
